October 14, 2018 at 11:05 amI just want to say that I’ve always been a hermit in the winter since I’m really afraid of the cold, but coming across your blog and reading your winter adventure posts are inspiring me to embrace the outdoors this year!
What inspired me the most was that you are not shy to wear snow pants, and I loved your post on Canada Goose so much that I bought one. Did you know Canada Goose has snow pants? I think I just might invest in a pair of those too 🙂
Anyway thank you for your winter posts and I’m looking forward to your next winter adventure rocking that lovely teal parka and snow pants!

October 20, 2018 at 8:54 amWow that’s amazing!! I was also afraid of the cold for a very lonnnggg time. But life is too short to hibernate for several months each year. I hope you love your new jacket and have many memorable winter adventures ahead. Share them with me on IG @thecuriouscreature so I can be inspired too 🙂

May 29, 2020 at 3:46 pmHi, I hope you are doing well and staying safe.
I’m a tour guide in Salzburg, Austria. The beautiful city of Sound of Music. And we have met in Salzburg in September 2019 for a tour.
I rewrote the text to the song “My favorite things” and created this video during the current crisis in May 2020 in Salzburg, Austria. As everywhere the current circumstances have severely impacted travel and tourism. I want to send a positive message with this video. It tells a story of the economical effects of this global crisis on Austrian tour guides and international travellers. In addition to the devastating consequences of the current situation, many people have had to cancel their travel plans. The video is meant to give a glimmer of hope and positivity, that this crisis will end and we will be able to travel once more.
I hope you enjoy it and share it with other Sound of Music lovers.

I would also love to hear your thoughts on the video.
All the best

January 12, 2022 at 5:31 amin your article on tobogganing you say Centennial park was a Dairy farm. it may have been but. That hill is a mound of garbage, literally as this was a dump and transfer station for refuse. we refer to Centennial Park’s ski hill as, dubbed “Mt. Garbage” It’s up the street from me.
